Blazing Gypsy™ strives to make sure that you receive not only top quality items but that they are free from all defects and issues. However, we are human and sometimes things slip by us.
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THIS 7 DAY PERIOD, CONTACT US AS IT WILL BE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will gladly accept your items back for store credit or exchange. It is up to you to send the items back in the original and unwashed/unworn condition that you received them.
Please provide your order #, full name and address along with the item(s) you are returning. We will then issue you a Return Authorization #. This # will need to be clearly referenced on the return package. It is also your responsibility to mail the items back to us.

If you believe you have received an item that is flawed or defective, we ask that you contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of item.
Please include the following information in your email:
-Pictures of the items/areas in question
-Describe what you believe the issue to be
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your return in question. We will get back to you via email with our review. If your item(s) are deemed defective or flawed, we will present you with the following options:
-Full refund of purchase amount regardless of what the current rate of the item is.
-Store credit for the amount of the item
-Exchange for an alternative item of the same amount.
If we decide that we need the item in question back, we will send you a prepaid label. It is your responsibility to make sure this item gets in the mail. Once tracking information has been established for the return item, you are free of all responsibility of the item whether or not we receive the item back due to any issues from the post office (if the item gets lost or damaged in transit.)
PLEASE DO NOT SEND US BACK ANY UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION # ON THE PACKAGE.
